In 1957 Fred Lauten proudly founded Total Air & Heat Co. to provide top-quality air conditioning and heating service to local homes and businesses. The company is a rapidly growing multimillion dollar business.
In 1999 Fred retired, and his son Steve has taken this family-owned company into the new millennium with style.
Today, Total Air & Heat employs 25 professionals and maintains a fleet of 15 vehicles to serve its family of customers.
Total Air & Heat employs highly skilled technicians, who have attended trade schools to learn "Proper" installation and repair techniques. In addition, the technicians are required to attend a minimum of two manufacturers' training schools each year, thus keeping their skills on the leading edge of technology.
The sales staff also has extensive experience in HVAC and Geothermal technology. They are trained to present you with all viable "air comfort" options available.
